Reiki is an energy healing modality for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing on all levels—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words—Rei which means “God's Wisdom or the Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy.” Reiki translates to “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Reiki energy healing sessions are practiced by laying on of hands, directly on or over the body. Reiki is conducted on a treatment table with the client fully clothed or remotely via Zoom.
